Supporting Fairbridge in Dundee

Dundee LibDem Council Group Leader, Cllr Fraser Macpherson, yesterday (Friday 17th March) attended the Dundee Open Day run by Fairbridge at their Kemback Street centre in the City.
Through a combination of long-term personal support and challenging activities, Fairbridge provides young people who have faced problems such as youth unemployment, juvenile crime, drug addiction and homelessness with a route back into mainstream society.
Fraser said, "I recently met with Fairbridge to discuss how to further improve co-operation between Fairbridge and Dundee City Council. It was really worthwhile to visit the project base in Stobswell to see the very positive work at first hand."
