Dundee Liberal Democrats support Scotland's Commonwealth Games Bid

Dundee's two Liberal Democrat councillors have today (30th January 2006) registered their support for Scotland's Commonwealth Games Bid.
Cllr Helen Dick, LibDem councillor for Strathmartine Ward, said, "Dundee LibDems strongly support the new campaign launched to encourage the whole of Scotland to back the bid to bring the 2014 Commonwealth Games to Glasgow - this will be of enormous benefit to the whole of Scotland.
"Dundee City Council has already pledged its support and I hope people from across Scotland and the UK as a whole will also back the bid."
