Cllr Helen Dick welcomes multi-occupancy recycling scheme

Dundee Liberal Democrats today (Monday 23rd October) gave their support to a proposal for Dundee to undertake a full roll-out of its recycling scheme for multi-occupancy properties throughout the City.

The proposal, which will be discussed by City Councillors at tonight's Environmental Services and Sustainability Committee, was warmly welcomed by Cllr Helen Dick, the Council's LibDem Vice Convener of Environmental Services and Sustainability.

Helen said, "This Scottish Executive-funded project will allow for on-street communal recycling facilities in ten areas across Dundee. Its yet another example of the City Council taking the recycling and sustainability issue as being a top priority and it is to be greatly welcomed."
