Dundee Liberal Democrats have today (Tuesday 12th February) expressed concern at the level of Health Board funding allocations for 2008/9, which have real increases of only 0.45 per cent.

LibDem Shadow Health Secretary Ross Finnie MSP has described the Health Board financial settlement as not matching the government's "rhetoric about prioritising health". He said it was "a real cause for concern."

Locally, here in Dundee, LibDem Councillor Fraser Macpherson said this was "yet another example of the reality of SNP government failing to live up to its spin."
