Cllr Macpherson says Dundee City Council Administration discussions "constructive and positive"

Following on from discussions between Dundee Liberal Democrat councillors with the Conservative, Labour and SNP groups on the City Council yesterday, City Council LibDem Group Leader Cllr Fraser Macpherson said these had been "constructive and positive."

Cllr Macpherson said, "Cllr Helen Dick and I had very constructive talks with all three other parties yesterday.

"Clearly, the outcome of any negotiations will depend on policies and the way forward each groups sees as best for the City in terms of the delivery of services.

"We will be studying carefully the manifestos given to us by others as will the other parties in relation to ours. All parties will consult their members and I have no doubt other parties will be meeting each other," concluded Cllr Macpherson.
