Alison McInnes welcomes Michelin jobs announcement

Commenting on the news that tyre company Michelin has said it is looking to invest in its Dundee factory, safeguarding current jobs and creating more posts, Liberal Democrat MSP for the North East Alison McInnes said:
"This is a very welcome announcement from Michelin and great news for the area.
"Michelin has a longstanding history in Dundee having been a major employer in the city since 1972. I am pleased the company is now looking to expand again after weathering some difficulties in the past few years.
"I hope that Michelin will continue to be a major asset to Dundee and go from strength to strength."
