On a visit to the McIntosh Logistics Plant in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Willie Rennie has today said:

"Scottish Liberal Democrats came within two votes of winning the Dunfermline Central by-election, with a soaring share of the vote.
"At the same time Scottish Labour's vote has collapsed. Jeremy Corbyn has spent this week touring Scotland unable to give a straight answer on independence. It looks like the public have given him a straight answer back.
"Voters can see there's no point to Scottish Labour anymore. They are ignored and undermined by their UK leader at every turn.
"It's clear that the Scottish Liberal Democrats are the party for anyone who wants Scotland in the UK and the UK in the EU."
