Responding to new UK growth figures released today, Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Willie Rennie MSP said that a fall in business investment is yet another sign that Brexit is bad for business.

Mr Rennie said:

"These new figures shows that while the Conservatives are hell bent on taking Britain out of the European Union, businesses are under severe pressure.

"We haven't even started the process to leave the EU and we are already seeing the damaging impact that it will have on investment. It is becoming increasingly clear that Brexit is bad for business and bad for the economy.
