Speaking in response to the publication of a report by NHS Health Scotland on alcohol use in Scotland, Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Willie Rennie MSP said:

"This report confirms that now is the time to increase the price of alcohol to help cut consumption. Too many people drink too much alcohol too often.
