Dundee LibDems emphasise importance of today's World Mental Health Day

Dundee Liberal Democrats today (Tuesday 10th October) gave their support to World Mental Health Day.

To celebrate this year's World Mental Health Day on 10 October, the campaign is encouraging everyone to "Make a Meal of it" by getting together to eat with their friends and families.

Evidence shows that sitting down for a meal with good company can be positive for a person's mental health.
